Refund policy

Please inspect your purchased order upon receiving, and contact customer care immediately (within 3 business days) at info@southernjollyshop.com if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item not listed on your purchase order invoice (please include a photo of the defective/damaged item(s) with your email).
Currently, Southern Jolly (southernjollyshop.com) does not offer any item exchanges at this time. However, you may contact customer care at info@southernjollyshop.com to request to return any item(s), for any reason, for a full refund; as long as the item is in new condition, and has not been worn, and the customer will be responsible for the return and shipping cost. Once the returned item has been received, a full refund will be issued to the customer within 10 business days (the refund will not include the customer return shipping cost).
If any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item that was not listed on your purchase order invoice, please email customer care at info@southernjollyshop.com explaining the issue and include a photo of the defective/damaged item(s) along with your purchase order number, and those item(s) will be replaced and shipped to you, the customer, at no additional charge.
